Kaikoura pound starves dog
I recently handed over a found dog to the pound, 2weeks leter dog turns up again skin n bone! when pound was asked how dog got soooo skinny he replied dog was going to see a blue moon tomorrow!! what way is that to treat an animal...starve till death!! shame on u Kaikoura pound!
