It is a good idea if you first enter all the details of your image before browsing and uploading your image. The page has an automatic dog default and portrait image and this can place your cat image in the dog section if you upload before entering your details. Also, make sure that before you upload any image you rename it to something different than a jpeg, giff or tiff number, as duplicate numbers can occur with these and your image can be overidden by another with the same or similar number which can mean your picture will be lost, entered into the wrong category or even just rejected for upload; you may also need to go into your photo programme and resize your photo to web or email size, so the photo is not too large. You will see a view or your image on the left of the page if it uploads and if you see an image that is not yours, it probably had the same name as yours and was loaded first. You will then need to email Butch, but the reality is, it may not get fixed in time.
