If you have it, or software similar, open Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Select the photo you want to upload, the click edit photo. Select compress, then select webpage and save under a different file name. Try then to upload the compressed photo; if it still doesn't work, I would recommend that you send a message via Butch mail.
