i won $10 about 5 weeks ago when i entered, it never showed in the account. last week i didn't enter and it said i won $20, which also never showed in the account. i emailed butch on monday, but no reply.

I logged in about 2 weeks ago and it had my little pic saying I had won $20 woooohoooo dog just busted her ACL we need the money but it's never showed up in my account so I just view it as a mistake, mistakes happen.

I won $5 but I was not in the list on the FFC page and I contacted Butch to reverse it because I hadn't actually entered that week; apparently their system malfunctioned and brought forward entries from a couple weeks before. I think that affected lots of others as well and it looks like the same error has occurred again this week, because in the scroll along the bottom, the winners names listed were different to those on the FFC page again.

I had similar issues to your daughter a few weeks ago. I emailed Butch and they sorted it out and the money was credited to my account.
