weekly ruffle

whats happening i cant seem to find where you used to be able to trade booty for entries into the weekly ruffle?you can only swap for game codes , and im not having any luck there have just played 22 codes and nadda

only a monthly spca draw now i hope they bring back the weekly ruffle
