Where you enter your code underneith that it says proplem codes, click on that then you enter as much of the faded code as you can and the exspiry date over in the next box and submit then next time you log on there will be a free game or games to play that will be undeneith were you put your code in have fun ICE-TIGER1NZ

Its a long number (maybe 10-12 digits long) with no letters in it. Its stamped on to the plastic rather than being part of it.
