My children a getting a little pisheartened. Between both kids they share putting in the codes which is great but when they manage to win something like vouchers they ask continuously about where the vouchers are. These were won weeks ago. Could you please let us knoiw the approx time they will arrive so we can pass it on, cheers

You have to claim the vouchers by clicking on Account button at top by log in, in multiples of $10.00, usually takes 3-4 weeks from time you claim till they arrive
