why?

hi thea.ive just joined n am unable to even get to play the game.twice now ive entered the code n pushed game play only for it to say that the game was already played n if i never saw it ,was because button was pushed twice.after losing a game to this once i am ever so careful for it not to happen again.im not one to whinge but im really gutted,as ive joined for myself n on behalf of a friend who doesnt have a computer,but has a lovely wee dog that he buys butch for.the last 2 lost games were for him .please can u change this?please?

Maybe when you bought it someone has already copyed the code and used it. It happens

this does happen sometimes, if it still keeps happen, then make sure yu have or have a flash drive if u dnt then download one from this site or enable it . if still stuck send butch site an email and they will help or even give you two free code if they didnt go through to the treasure chest, or booty chest, sorry to hear hope this helps a bit.

Lost game

Go to "collect new booty" and see if it is followed by the number 2. If so, go in there and open the treasure chests to collect booty.

go to your treasure chest click on that, and see if you have got a booty you didn't have before, that happened to me once but when I looked at my treasure chest had been given a booty.
